(2) Roll forming machine
The main part of the whole roll forming line, it has 16 roller stations to make the special design, then the raw material will be made the press to form the roofing tile, and then cut to special length as the order. Compared to corrugated and IBR roofing machine, the glazed tile machine working capacity is lower, because it needs to the press from time to time. Thus, it slow down the running speed of roll forming.
(3) Hydraulic Cutting device
In the glazed tile 720 machine, it control both the hydraulic cutter and the hydraulic press.
(4) PLC Control System
The glazed tile 720 machine system is a little more complex than corrugated and IBR machine, the system should measure the length and calculate the cutting length and punching length separately. In that way, the machine can hold the work smoothly.
(5) Discharge table
Un-powered, manual type one set four meter long table.
Function: collect the finished products for the moment.
